WHAT IS COMPLETE KNOCK DOWN KIT

KDK basically is a frame kit for DIY type of population that will save tremendous time, labor and money Kit consists of frame material that covers floor, wall and roof. Simply said; building blocks put together by two person army You buy windows, door and other materials of your choice from your local Home Improvement store Although comprehensive manual is supplied backed by video. Our Technical team readily available at no cost

QUALITY

Every product undergoes strict quality control and is approved by ICC-ES and NOAHinspections.org. Each and every product is ACC-ICC American & International Code Compliant R-Value covers most USA destinations * LED lighting and R-value are highest energy savers Each CKDK comes with special glue and long gun along with necessary hardware.

CAN I CREATE ADDITIONAL ROOM INSIDE

Yes, if you order larger size. You will have to use 2×4 or 2×6 studs by buying locally along with drywall, etc.

DOORS & WIDNOWS

Although proper cuts are made at factory but you will have to buy doors/windows/wall finish/ceiling/flooring from local source Paint, Electric Wire, plumbing material, kitchen counter, etc. are also sourced locally. Remember you are getting just the framing material

PERMIT

Buyer will require local permit from Building Department of City, County or State Generally permit take few months to get. You will need to get Foundation permit, Electrical Permit, Plumbing Permit and water/sewage permit We provide product plan but site plan will have to be done by you. Our third party associates can help you out

ORDERING & DELIVERY

Present wait period is minimum of 120 days and may be long. As getting permit takes time, you are better off booking your order well in advance Booking Fee is generally 10% which is refundable until production starts. Once production process starts, deposit becomes non refundable We will inform you 15 days before production starts and you can give go ahead or get refund

COMPLETE UNIT

Presently we are taking complete unit orders only New Mexico, parts of Arizona, northern Texas, Central/Southern Colorado CKDK (Shell or Frame) orders for any part of USA and Canada are accepted

FINANCING

Complete unit financing is possible by our partner bank. Financing for CKDK may not be possible.
